Description
Unitedforce 360 – Systemic Herbicide for Broad-Spectrum Weed Control
Unitedforce 360 is a combination of two systemic and highly effective herbicides formulated for the control of emerged broad-leaved weeds and grasses. It is designed to provide effective weed management by targeting actively growing weeds and moving through their green tissues.
Uncontrolled weeds compete with crops for sunlight, water, nutrients, and growing space. Heavy weed pressure can slow crop development, interfere with farm operations, and significantly reduce crop yield. Unitedforce 360 provides farmers with a powerful option for managing emerged weeds when applied under suitable conditions.
Systemic Action for Effective Weed Control
Unitedforce 360 is absorbed through the green parts of actively growing weeds. For effective uptake, the target weeds should have fully expanded leaves and be growing vigorously.
The product is not absorbed effectively through mature brown bark, so spraying woody or non-green portions of plants is not an effective application method.
Once absorbed, the systemic herbicidal activity works within susceptible weeds to provide effective control.
Controls Broad-Leaved Weeds and Grasses
Unitedforce 360 is formulated for the control of both:
- Broad-leaved weeds
- Grass weeds
Its broad weed-control activity makes it useful for managing emerged weed populations where both grass and broad-leaved weeds are present.
Apply Only to Actively Growing Weeds
Application timing is important for achieving good results. Unitedforce 360 should be sprayed when target weeds are actively and vigorously growing.
Avoid application when weeds are:
- Suffering from drought stress
- Wilted
- Covered with excessive dust
- Under severe environmental stress
For best results, apply after the weeds have developed fully expanded leaves and are actively growing.
Residual Soil Activity
Unitedforce 360 also has residual activity in the soil. This characteristic should be carefully considered when planning subsequent crop establishment.
Farmers should observe the product label regarding crop rotation, plant-back intervals, approved crops, application rates, and other restrictions before planting broad-leaved crops following treatment.
Key Benefits
- Combination of two systemic herbicides
- Controls emerged broad-leaved weeds
- Controls susceptible grass weeds
- Absorbed through green weed tissues
- Provides systemic weed-control action
- Has residual soil activity
- Suitable for actively growing weeds
- Helps reduce weed competition
- Supports efficient farm weed management
Best Application Practices
Good spraying conditions are essential for successful herbicide performance. Scout fields before application and identify the dominant weed species and growth stage.
Ensure target weeds are actively growing and free from drought stress, wilting, or excessive dust. Avoid spraying desirable crops or green plant parts that are not intended targets, as systemic herbicides can cause serious crop injury.
Always follow the manufacturer’s approved label instructions regarding dosage, crops, target weeds, application timing, protective equipment, pre-planting intervals, and environmental precautions.
Why Choose Unitedforce 360?
Unitedforce 360 Herbicide combines two systemic herbicidal components to provide broad-spectrum control of emerged grasses and broad-leaved weeds. Its systemic action and residual soil activity make it a useful tool for professional weed-management programmes when applied correctly.
General Information
Unitedforce360 is a mixture of two systemic and highly effective herbicides for the control of broad-leaved weeds and grasses. Unitedforce360 is used to control the emerged weeds. Unitedforce 360 is absorbed by the green parts of the weeds and not by mature brown bark. Spray only on actively growing weeds. Apply after leaves expand fully. The weeds must be growing vigorously (not suffering from drought stress) and not wilted or covered by dust. Unitedforce360 has residual soil activity, which shall be taken into consideration when broad-leaved crops are planted after its application.
Principal Uses
Unitedforce360 is non-selective systemic premix foliar and brush applied, total herbicide with rapid translocation throughout the plant for the control of most stubborn annual and perennial, broad-leaved weeds and grasses such as Cynodon dactylon, Imperata cylindrica, Panicum Maximum, Paspalum spp., Pennisetum clandestinum, Phragmites spp., Chromolaena odorata, Lantana camara, sedges (Cyperus spp.), shrubs and trees in arable and plantation crops, under pre-plant, post-emergence directed conditions, reduced or zero tillage systems.
Direction of Use
Ensure that the sprayer is properly and correctly calibrated before use.
Shake the container before use.
Half-fill the sprayer with clean water and the recommended quantity of Unitedforce360.
Agitate during the completion of filling.
Rate of Use
| Targeted weeds | Rate of use/ha | Dosage/15L sprayer |
| Annual grasses and broad-leaved weeds | 4 – 5 L | 150 – 200 ml |
| Biannual and perennial grasses and broad-leaved weeds | 5 L | 200ml |
| Tree stump re-growth control, sugarcane eradication and undesirable shrubs | 6 L | 300ml |
NB: The volume of clean water to cover one ha is 400 litres
Re-entry period: At least 3 days.
Toxicity class: II
Compatibility: Mixing with other herbicides may reduce its activity.
Unitedforce360 is incompatible with strong acids, alkaline and oxidizers.
Protective Precaution
Avoid contact with eyes, skin, clothing and breathing vapors. Wear protective clothing, gloves and goggles. Do not drink, eat or smoke tobacco during application. Wash the used equipment and bathe after application.
First Aid
If contaminated with skin or clothing, take off contaminated clothes. Rinse skin with plenty of water. If inhaled, move the person to fresh air. If the person is not breathing, give artificial respiration. If swallowed, induce vomiting and drink enough water. Seek medical attention.
Handling and Storage Cautions
Do not store near food, feed, or drinking water. Store in dry, well-ventilated area below 30°C.
Disposal of the Pesticides’ Containers
