SUNGROW | GLUFOSINATE AMMONIUM

Sungrow is a non-selective herbicide to control a wide range of weeds for non-plowed field, orchards, vineyards, potato fields etc.

WARNING

INDICATION

SUNGROW is a herbicide of Glufosinate ammonium 200G/L SL. It’s a contact killing non-selective herbicide with partial internal absorption.

SUNGROW inhibits the activity of an enzyme, glutamine synthetase which is necessary for the production of amino acid glutamine and for ammonia detoxification. The application of Glufosinate-ammonium leads to reduce glutamine and increase ammonia levels in plants tissues. This stops photosynthesis and the plants die within a short period.

PRECAUTION

• Do not eat, drink, or smoke while handling SUNGROW.
• Wear suitable protective clothing before use.
• Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing.
• Do not inhale fumes and spray mist while applying SUNGROW
• Any unwanted solution should be disposed off on waste grounds.

FIRST AID

Exposure to eyes: immediately flush with plenty water for 15 minutes Get Medical aid.

Skin contamination: immediately flush with plenty water while removing contaminated clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and water. Wash clothing before re-use. Sensitized person should avoid further contact. Get medical aid.

Inhalation: Remove person to fresh air. If person cannot breathe, give artificial respiration. Get medical aid.

Ingestion: Call poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Do not induce vomiting. Take patient to emergency facility immediately Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

Store in a cool, dry, ventilated, and rainproof place.

Lock and keep out of reach of children.

Do not store or transport with food, beverages, grains, feed.

Empty containers should be disposed at a safe place according to local law or regulation.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Avoid using near adjacent desirable plants or in greenhouse otherwise injury may happen.

MIXING

• Make sure the sprayer is clean and not contaminated.
• Add a quarter to half of the spray tank with clean water, and keep stirring while injecting the calculated dose of SUNGROW.
• Fill the spray tank with clean water and fill hose should always be above water level to prevent suck back.

SPRAYER CLEAN-UP

Thoroughly clean spray tank with water before and after use. Clean nozzles and screens.

RECOMMENDATIONS

• Apply in 200-500 litres of water per hectare according to weeds density.
• Do not exceed pressure of 2 Bar or 200 kpa during spraying.

PRE-ENTRY PERIOD: 2 days

PRE-HARVEST INTERVAL: 7 days for tea, 10 days for banana, 20 days for coffee, 21 days for citrus.
