Indications:
KOSHIKOFF is indicated as co-therapy in conditions of respiratory tract infections associated with retentions of mucoid secretions such as bronchitis and bronchopneumonia in different animal species. KOSHIKOFF acts as a mucolytic agent, which makes bronchial secretions more watery to be easily repelled by ciliary action. Due to the presence of Menthol, KOSHIKOFF also has a cooling and refreshing sensation so it can be used to beat heat stress conditions.
Dosage:
Poultry: 1 ml per 4 litres drinking water continuously for 3-5 days or 1 ml KOSHIKOFF/10 kg body weight (1 mg bromhexine/1 kg) in drinking water for 3-5 days.
Cattle: 1 ml/20 kg body weight (0.5 mg bromhexine/1 kg) for 7 days.
Horses: 1-2 ml/50 kg body weight (0.2-0.4 mg bromhexine/1 kg body weight) for 7 days.
Dogs: 1 ml/5 kg body weight (2mg bromhexine /1 kg) twice daily for 7 days.
Cats: 0.5 ml/ 5 kg body weight (1 mg bromhexine/1 kg) once daily for 7 days.
Withdrawal Period:
Poultry: 3 days.
Cattle: 1day
Contra-Indication: Not to be used for dairy cattle.
Store in a cool & dark place below 30°C.
