Tetranor Spray is a  broad-spectrum antibiotic spray for use in cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, horses, dogs and cats.

Ectoparasite Repellent

Beyond its antimicrobial properties, TETRANOR Spray acts as an ectoparasiticide, effectively repelling flies, mosquitoes, and other biting insects around wounds. This minimizes irritation and risk of secondary infections, accelerating the healing process.

Indications:

TETRANOR Spray is indicated for the prevention and treatment of skin infections caused by or, associated with bacteria sensitive to oxytetracycline. It can be used in lacerations, abrasions, wound dehiscence, dermatitis, and footrot in Calves, Cattle, Goats, Horse, Sheep, Swine, Dogs, and Cats. It is also an ectoparasiticide acting as an insect repellent for mosquitoes and flies around the wounds.

Contraindications of Tetranor Spray:

  • Hypersensitivity to tetracyclines.
  • Administration to animals with a seriously impaired renal and/or hepatic function.
  • Concurrent administration of penicillines, cephalos porines, quinolones, and cycloserine.

Side effects:

Hypersensitivity reactions.

Precautions:

  • Do not spray in or around the eyes.
  • Do not incinerate or puncture the spray can.
  • Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C.

Application Rate:

Cattle, Cat, Dog, Horse, Pig, Sheep, and Goat:
  • Recommended only for topical
  • Shake bottle well before use.
  • Hold can 15 – 20 cm from the topical area to be treated and administer the spray in bursts of one or two seconds duration.
  • Apply one or more times per day depending on the animal’s interference and environmental conditions.
  • Treated cattle and sheep should be allowed to stand dry on dry ground for 1hr before returning to pasture.
