KACHGENDOX-BH 20/20 WSP is indicated for the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal and respiratory tract infections (e.g CRD) of calves, pigs, and poultry caused by micro-organisms susceptible to gentamicin and/or doxycycline such as E. coli, Salmonella spp, Pseudomonas spp, Proteus spp, Klebsiella spp, Pasteurella spp, Mycoplasma spp, Staphylococcus spp, Streptococcus spp. Campylobacter fetus subsp. jejuni, Treponema hyodysenteriae, Corynebacteria, Bacillus anthracis, Clostridium spp., Actinomyces spp., Brucella spp., Enterobacter spp., Shigella spp., and Yersinia spp.

Dosage and Administration

Poultry: 100g to every 300 litres of drinking water for 3-5 days.

Calves: 1g to every 30 calves of 30 kg bodyweight for 4-6 days.

Pigs: 100g to every 200 litres of drinking water for 4-6 days.

Medicated drinking water should be used within 24 hours.

Storage:

Store in a dry, dark place between 2°C and 25°C. Store in a closed packing. Keep the medicine away from children.

Contra-Indication:

Do not administer to animals hypersensitive to amino-glycosides and/or tetracyclines. Gentamycin is potentially nephrotoxic and ototoxic. It is advisable not to administer in animals with impaired kidney function, vestibular or an impaired liver function. Do not combine with potential nephrotoxic or muscle-paralyzing medicines. Do not use in lactating animals if milk is intended for human consumption.
