Gentamore is used  for the treatment and prevention of infections caused by micro-organisms susceptible to gentamycin, occurring in urogenital, respiratory, skin, tissue, uterus, and gastrointestinal infections.

INDICATIONS:

Infections caused by micro-organisms, susceptible to gentamycin, occurring in urogenital, respiratory, skin, tissue, uterus, and gastrointestinal infections.

Horse, Cattle, sheep: Septicemia, respiratory infections (bronchitis), pneumonia, broncho-pneumonia, tonsillitis, tracheitis, gastrointestinal infections(coli-enteritis of calves, enteritis, gastritis, peritonitis), urinary tract infections(nephritis, pyelitis, pyelonephritis, ureteritis, urocystitis), arthritis, poly-arthritis meningitis, mastitis, metritis.

Dogs: Dermatitis.

Poultry: infections caused by mortality amongst day-old birds, septicemia, disease caused by E.coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella spp and other gentamycin-sensitive organisms, enteritis, and arthritis.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

For intramuscular or intravenous administration:

Horses, Cattle, Foals, Calves, Pigs, Sheep, Goats: 1ml per 25kg body weight.

Piglets, Dogs, Cats: 0.5ml per 5kg body weight.

These dosages are preferably to be given twice on the first day, and afterward once daily.

For intra-uterine application for horses during oestrus:

Acute metritis: 5ml daily, during 3-5 days.

Chronic metritis: 20-25ml daily, during 3-5 days.

For intra-uterine application for cows: 2ml once, diluted with 16ml of an isotonic saline(0.9%) solution.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

Meat: 7 days

Milk: 3 days

Injection site and kidneys: 45 days

STORAGE:

Store in a dry, dark place, temperature not more than 30 C.

Keep medicine away from children.
