Indication:

ECTONOR® is a broad-spectrum insecticide for the treatment and control of external parasites on livestock and their premises (farms, sheds, pen houses, lawns, and flower gardens) by spray. It acts against cockroaches, fleas, lice, ticks, spiders, flying insects like bees, and mosquitoes. Its mode of action is contact and stomach. ECTONOR INSECTICIDE is safe for animal and human life with an appropriate user’s guide.

Dosage and administration:

Premises: 5mls into 1-liter water sprayer at 2-week intervals depending on the level of infestation livestock;

Dogs (ticks, fleas): 2.5mls into 1-litre water sprayer, start from the tail rapidly to cover the animal body including legs and underbody but avoid eyes, face, and genitals.

Chicken (lice and fleas): 2mls into 1-litre water sprayer, starting from the tail feathers, vent wings, neck and back.

Cattle and sheep (flies, fleas, ticks): 3mls into 1-liter water sprayer, start from the tail down to the neck, and avoid spreading into the eyes and genitals.

Precautions:

-Do not administer to puppies under 12 weeks.

-Do not use on cats and kittens.

-Do not use on equine due to his sensitivity to Permethrin and Cypermethrin.

-Do not use on pregnant animals and lactating animals producing milk intended for human consumption.

-Do not use on aquatic life.

– Incase of any sensitivity bathe your pet with mild soap and rinse with a large volume of water. If signs continue consult your veterinarian.

Withdrawal period:

Meat: 21days

Milk: 48 hours

Shelf life: 4 years.
