Description
Indication:
Centre Colistin Sulphate is an antibiotics treatment of Gram-positive bacteria infection and Gram-negative bacteria infection. It is active against Bacillus coli, hemolytic streptococcus, pneumonia, Staphylococcus aureus, Hemophilus influenza, Enterococci, Salmonella, Bacillus typhi, Haemophilus, Klebsiella, and Pseudomonas in poultry.
Dosage and Administration:
Poultry: 300g: 1000 Liter drinking water or 500kg feed for 3-5 days.
Calves, goats, and sheep: Twice daily 1.5-3gram per 100kg body weight for 3-5 days.
Withdrawal Time:
Meat: 7 days
Egg: 8 days

Store below 30°C at a cool, dry place and avoid light
