Indications:

ASHPIRAZINE is indicated for the removal of roundworms (Ascarid) in Poultry, pigs, Cattle, and Horses.

Poultry: Ascaris and Capillaria.

Pig: Oesophagostomum and Ascaris.

Cattle: Ascaris, Nematodirus, Ostertagia, Cooperia and Oesophagostomum.

Horses: Strongylus, Oxyuris, Trichonema and Ascaris.

 

Dosage & Administration:

For oral administration

Poultry: 1g per liter of drinking water for 2 days. It is recommended to repeat the treatment after 7 or 14 days in case of heavy infestation.

Horses, Pigs, and Cattle: 1-2 g per 10 kg body weight through drinking water.

Contraindications:

Do not use in animals with known hypersensitivity to Piperazine. Administration to animals with seriously impaired liver and/or renal function is contraindicated.

Side Effects:

Side effects are not to be expected following treatment. Overdoses can cause colic, coughing, excessive salivation, excitation, hyperpnoea, lachrymation, spasms, sweating, and vomiting.

Withdrawal Period:

Poultry:

Meat: 2 days

Egg: 2 days

Cattle:

Meat: 2 days

Milk: Milk for human consumption may be taken after 24 hours.

Pig: Meat: 2 days

Horses: Do not use in horses intended for man consumption

Storage: Do not store above 30°C.
