Indications:
It is indicated primarily in the treatment of infectious diseases caused by Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Respiratory diseases bronchitis, digestive diseases salmonellosis, and pasteurellosis by Mycoplasmas. It is also used in the treatment of pneumonia with complicated diarrhea caused by septicemia in poultry and other animals.
Administration
Dissolve Tylopramcin in water or mix in feed for 3-5 consecutive days for treatment.
For prevention, it can be used for extended periods.
Dosage:
Poultry:
– Treatment: 4g in 10 litres of drinking water for 3-5 days or 1g /1kg body weight/day in feed.
– Prevention: 2.5g in 10 litres of drinking water over extended periods.
Pigs/Cattle: 1g/1.5kg body weight/day
Withdrawal Time:
21 days after the last treatment before slaughter.
Note: Medicated water should be used within 24 hours after preparation
