GLUTACIDE | MORIGAD

Morigad Glutacide is a broad-spectrum disinfectant containing glutaraldehyde and cocobenzyl dimethyl ammonium chloride.

Glutacide is a disinfectant for Animal Housing (poultry, pig and cattle farms, stables, kennels, catteries, hatcheries), Vet Clinics, Food Industry (Slaughter houses, Food preparation rooms, cold storage rooms), Hospitals and General Disinfection. Effective against a wide range of bacteria, fungi and viruses including Gumboro Disease, Newcastle Disease, Swine Vesicular Disease, Anthrax, Brucellosis, Glanders and Mycoplasma.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Hypersensitive person (asthma, chronic bronchitis) should not handle the concentrated product.

Read all Safety Precautions BEFORE diluting.

Dilute only with clean, cold water according to the recommended dilution rates.

For routine disinfection dilute from 1:150 to 1:300 with water. For fumigation/fogging dilute 1:150 with water.

Apply at a rate of:

100 ml per sq. metre on non-porous surfaces.

300 ml per sq. metre on porous surfaces.

DILUTION RATES: For Gumboro Disease (Infectious Bursal Disease) use at a dilution of 1 part of this preparation to 200 parts water.

This disinfectant product has been approved for disinfection where an approved product is required to be used under the control legislation for the following specific disease(s) orders;

Swine vesicular disease at the dilution rate of one part of this preparation plus 100 parts of water,

Poultry diseases including avian influenza, influenza of avian origin in mammals, Newcastle disease, paramyxovirus at a dilution rate of one part of this preparation plus 125 parts of water.

This disinfectant product has also been approved at a dilution of 1 part of this preparation plus 50 parts water for disinfection where General Orders require the use of an approved disinfectant, but this approval does not apply to disinfection required under the specific control legislation relating to Tuberculosis disease.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

• Harmful by inhalation and if swallowed.
• Causes burns.
• May cause sensitisation by inhalation and skin contact.
• Keep away from food, drink, and animal feeding stuffs.
• Do not breathe vapour/spray.
• In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice
• Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves, and eye/face protection.
• During fumigation/spraying, wear suitable respiratory equipment
• In case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately (show label where possible).
• Use only in well ventilated areas.
• Store in temperature below 30°C
• Keep away from reach of children.
