DIRECTION FOR USE

In Arable Land, for the control of weeds such as annual grasses, broad leave weeds, volunteer cereals, wild oats, and creeping bent, apply DRAGON not less than 4 hours, before ploughing. Spray barren brome, volunteer cereals, and wild oats when weeds are, at least at the 2-leaf stage. Spray creeping bent whilst leaf sheaths are still green. For general-purpose weeds, spray up to 3Lt/ha.

Before drilling: 1.5Lt/ha:

Before ploughing or cultivating: 2 Lt/ha.

For heavier and larger weeds: 3Lt/ha for creeping bent use 4Lt/ha.

In Grassland: Spray at least a day before ploughing. Spray creeping bent whilst leaf sheaths are still green. For general purpose: Use 3 Lt/ha when weeds are up to 3 true leaves stage. Where creeping bent and large weeds are present use 4L/ha.

In Ploughed Cultivated Land: To kill weeds on ploughed or cultivated land prior to sowing or further cultivation, spray not less than 4 hours before disturbing the soil. For light or small weed cover use 3 Lt/ha; for heavier or larger weeds use 5.5 Lt/ha.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

DRAGON quickly kills a wide range of annual grasses, broad leaf weeds and some perennial grasses when sprayed directly onto the leaves. The active ingredients are rapidly absorbed by clay and silt particle in the soil and does not leave any effective soil residues. Thus crops sown almost immediately after spraying are not affected by the chemicals. Where insect pests are anticipated use recommended insecticide treatment. Regular checks should be made before and after sowing. Suitable residual herbicides can be mixed with DRAGON to provide extended weed control in fallows and subsequent crops. Read label susceptible crops. See compatibility statement on this label for recommendations of the respective residual herbicides before planting compatibility with other herbicides.
