PRECAUTIONS:

Do not use the same solution for more than three days. Do not leave or dispose of water containing Tylosin where it may be accessible to animals not under treatment or wildlife.

Calves: 14 days.

Broiler Chickens: 1 day.

Turkeys and Pigs: 0 day.

INDICATIONS:

Chicken & Turkeys: For the control of mortality caused y necrotic enteritis associated with Clostridium perfringens in broiler chickens. Chronic Respiratory Disease (CRD) caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum, Mycoplasma synoviae.

Calves: Bovine pneumonia & calf scour. ‘ig: Swine dysentery & enzootic pneumonia.

CONTRAINDICATION:

Not to be used in animals hypersensitive to Tylosin or other macrolide antibiotics (e.g. erythromycin). Do not use Ashtyl 20% in layers producing eggs for human consumption.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Chicken & Turkeys: 0.5 gm of Tylosin per liter of drinking water or 1 teaspoonful of Ashtyl 20% in 2 liters of drinking water.

Calves: 0.5 gm to 1 gm Tylosin activity per calf administered orally twice daily for 7-14 days. The product may be given in the milk or milk replacer.

Pigs: 3-6 mg Tylosin/kg b. wt. or 100 gm Tylosin/ton of feed.

STORAGE:

Store below 30°C in a dry place, protected from light.
